$300 nonrefundable deposit required—will be applied toward your tuition.
Tuition
- $3,450 (includes one-year NCBC Individual Membership), or
- $3,200 for Current NCBC members (as of January 21, 2025 for the 2025 Mid Academic-Year)
NCBC Enrollment Policy for Obtaining Graduate Credits
You can request and make payment for graduate credits from the University of Mary at any time up to seven years following successful completion of the NCBC Certification Program.
Graduate credits from Holy Apostles College and Seminary must be arranged at the time of enrollment by following the instructions for Option 3.
You can request and make payment for graduate credits from the St. Bernard's School of Theology and Ministry at any time up to seven years following successful completion of the NCBC Certification Program.
Upon completion of the NCBC Certification Program contact Divine Mercy University regarding graduate credit.
Option 1 Payment Policy
- $300 registration fee—nonrefundable
- Payment of balance of fees required before February 11, 2025 (for the 2025 Mid Academic-Year Registration)
- 50% refund, less cost of the materials, if student withdraws before March 9, 2025 (for the 2025 Mid Academic-Year Registration)
- No refunds after (March 16, 2025)
+ Option 2: Certification Program with Graduate Credit from the University of Mary
$300 nonrefundable deposit required—will be applied toward your tuition. Ten (10) graduate credits are available from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, for an additional $940 to be paid to University of Mary upon completion of the NCBC Certification Program.
By selecting Option 2 in the form, you are stating that you would like to receive graduate credits from the University of Mary
Tuition with University of Mary Graduate Credits
- $3,450 (includes one year of NCBC Individual Membership) + $940 paid directly to University of Mary (after completion of the program)
Option 2 Payment Policy
- $300 registration fee—nonrefundable

+ Option 3: Certification Program with Graduate Credit from Holy Apostles College and Seminary
Nine (9) Graduate Credits are available from the Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell, CT.
Application to Holy Apostles may be made as a Personal Interest student seeking only the NCBC program for 9 graduate credits. Or application may be made into the degree program for a master of arts in theology, concentrating in bioethics, where the 9 credits will go towards the degree.
Tuition and Fees at Holy Apostles College & Seminary
- $4,430 = $1,495 paid directly to NCBC + $2935 paid directly to Holy Apostles
Students wishing to register for the Certification Program and receive graduate credits from Holy Apostles must contact Jennifer Arel directly at jarel@holyapostles.edu or 860-632-3070 for registration and payment of fees.
+ Option 4: Certification Program with Graduate Credit from St. Bernard's School of Theology and Ministry
Participants can receive a fifteen (15) credit Graduate Certificate in Bioethics from St. Bernard's after completion of the NCBC Certification Program followed by two 3-credit graduate courses with St. Bernard's.
Tuition, with St. Bernard’s Graduate Credits: $3,450 (includes one year NCBC Individual Membership) or $3,200 with NCBC Membership as of January 21, 2025. This covers the NCBC’s Certificate Program paid directly to the NCBC.
Upon completion of the NCBC Certification Program and admission to St. Bernard’s, $4,710 covers the tuition and fees for two 3-credit graduate courses at St. Bernard’s. For more detailed information contact St. Bernard's directly.
+ Option 5: Certification Program with Divine Mercy University
Nine (9) Graduate Credits are available from Divine Mercy University
Tuition, with Divine Mercy University Credits: $3,450 (includes one year NCBC Individual Membership) or $3,200 with NCBC Membership as of January 21, 2025. This covers the NCBC’s Certificate Program paid directly to the NCBC.
