Fee Structure
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the honorarium must be received before confirmation. The date selected in the form (see button above) will be held until the receipt of the payment, after which we will make final confirmation of dates and travel arrangements. Please make all checks payable to the NCBC and mail them to NCBC, c/o Julie Kelley, 600 Reed Rd., Suite 102, Broomall, PA 19008.
Honoraria
- John M. Haas, NCBC President: $2,750/day local*(*Philadelphia metropolitan area)| $3,500/day overnight or nonlocal
- Rev. Tadeusz Pacholczyk: $2,200/day local*| $2,750/day overnight or nonlocal
- Other NCBC Ethicists or Staff: $2,000/day local* | $2,500/day overnight or nonlocal
- ZOOM Presentation: the fee for presentations by NCBC Ethicists is 70% of the regular (local) in-person speaking fee
Additional Charges
Plus additional charges for related expenses: Transportation, mileage (at current IRS reimbursement rate per mile), lodging, meals, shipping services, etc.

One-Day Workshops and Custom Events
The National Catholic Bioethics Center works with event planners to offer topical and tailored workshops on bioethics for those interested in presenting Catholic teachings relating to health care. Workshops can be tailored to fit the needs of inviting groups.
Parish/Diocesan Workshops: We offer workshops for parish or diocesan groups interested in health care issues and Catholic teaching. The NCBC also offers presentations at clergy convocations, clergy continuing education days, and other clergy gatherings.
Health-Care Workshops: Together with local health care officials or hospital administrators, the staff of the National Catholic Bioethics Center provides tailored offerings for the needs of particular health care audiences. Note: CEU credits may be made available for physicians, nurses, and chaplains.
