In January, the first March for Life was held since the Dobbs decision overthrowing Roe v. Wade. Pro-life Americans now have the opportunity to persuade their neighbors. Various litigants are seeking to reestablish Roe at the state level. Still, national attitudes on abortion remain as they were pre-Dobbs, and there is hope for bipartisan pro-life measures, such as opposition to sex-specific and eugenic abortions, opposition to government subsidy of abortion, and support for pregnancy resource centers. The Respect for Marriage Act was signed into law, repealing parts of the Defense of Marriage Act in case the Supreme Court overturns Obergefell v. Hodges, the case which established a constitutional right to same-sex marriage. Some international pro-abortion developments are very dangerous. Click here to read the full Washington Insider.
